Usually I wouldn't put my competition work up until afterwards, but according to my teachers I'm not eligible to enter beacuse it's too late. I'm so gutted, I think I've embarked on the seven stages of grief. It's difficult to say which one I'm at though, somewhere between 'shock and denial' and 'pain and guilt' I think.
No more time for grieving for the next few days though, as I have a huge deadline and an insurmountable stack of odds punching me in the face. Back to work!
Dude, I feel your pain! I think I effed my D&AD up this year but I still feel it could have gone somewhere. Really sucks to see some great work not put through though. Chin up man!

ReplyDelete@Ellen/Josh/Grant: I know the closing date is much later but our collegeis pretty strict about their selection dates, and this year they seemed to spring one on us early and out of nowhere. Since that time I've been told I'm going through for the Penguin Design Award, not the D&AD though, I had no chance of getting that done in time.
