I'm Tom Rainford, a Studio AKA animation director. If you fancy taking a look at my portfolio, you can find it on my website, or if you want to get in touch, feel free to send me an email.
After a good two years of cheap talk, I finally sat down for a day and made myself a website. And here it is. It's still a work in progress and I have quite a lot to add at this stage, but at least I have that very heavy ball rolling. The site should go live tonight at some point. Check it out HERE.
Ingleton is crazy full of waterfalls, hills and caves. I apparently came here when I was young but I'm rather skeptical as I don't have any recollection of this.
If there was an award for the greenest beach huts, Hill Head Beach would win it hands down.
This is my design for the Winchester 2010 Hat Fair. It will go on the posters and will be the programme cover too. A better explaination can be found here, whether or not the quotes are the real deal. As you can probably guess I'm super chuffed.
S'up blog, how about some tshirt designs? These are just the roughs, I'm sure I'll be editing my favourites with print/pattern at some point. I'm wondering how best to create them, any suggestions? Screen printing or something else? I'd like to go for the something else as screen printing doesn't go so smoothly with me.
Hello new illustration blog. You're probably looking for something special or witty to mark the occasion right? Sorry. Just some news about my recent D&AD nomination, which has me in a semi permanent state of shock and awe. I say semi permanent becasue I need to take some time out to write this blog. You can view the full list of nominations over here:

Check out Illustration for my category. If you want to wish me luck for the awards ceremony that would be very cool of you.
